Allergenic Protein

Name Search — Alphabetical listing of the scientific name of allergens. Select an initial alphabet to list the allergens.
Category Search — Allergens in ADFS are classified into 13 categories. Select a category to list the allergens belonging to it.
Keyword Search — Search allergens by keywords. By using optional function, you can restrict your search to a certain category, or to the allergens which have an information of epitopes or structures.
Taxonomy Search — Some allergens in ADFS are classified taxonomically. Select a taxonomic group to list the allergens belonging to it.

Sequence Search

Protein Search — Search allergen sequences similar to your query sequence by BLAST algorithm. You can also search your query against UniProt.
Epitope Search — Search epitope sequences similar to your query peptide sequence. You can also search your query against UniProt.

Allergenicity Prediction

FAO/WHO method — Predict a potential allergenicity of a query protein based on the method proposed by FAO/WHO.
Motif-based method — Predict a potential allergenicity of a query protein based on the motif-alignment.

Low Mol Wt Allergens

Name Search — Alphabetical listing of the scientific name of low mol weight allergens. Select an initial alphabet to list the allergens.
Keyword Search — Search low mol weight allergens by keywords.
